Account help
You can sign in with Continue with Google, or with Continue with Apple on supported iPhones. Wylume doesn’t use email and password sign-in.
If you're having trouble signing in, staying signed in, or accessing your Wylume account, contact Support and describe the issue you're seeing.
For your security, never send your password, authentication token, or API credentials by email.
Your image
Wylume turns one photo and the story behind it into an image you can review and share.
If a result does not look right, you can go back to an earlier step, update your story, or try a different direction or treatment before sharing.
To share your image in another app, tap Share on Review. It opens your phone’s share sheet and sends the image only.
AI-generated content
Artificial intelligence can occasionally misunderstand a photo or create a visual that does not match what you intended.
Please review generated images, names, dimensions, locations, product details, and other important information before sharing.
If Wylume repeatedly misunderstands something you are sharing, let us know. Feedback from real use helps us improve the product.
Creations
Stage and Create use creations. Keep Original and Enhance are always free and never use one.
Free includes 5 creations that never expire. A creation is used only when a Stage or Create result is made — if something fails or times out, it doesn’t count.
If you run out of creations, you can still use Keep Original and Enhance. Other usage and safety limits may apply.
Posts you already shared
A post you shared or posted to Instagram, Facebook, or another app is controlled by that app.
Deleting a Wylume Draft, History record, or Wylume account does not automatically delete a post you already shared or posted to Instagram, Facebook, or another app.
Deleting your Wylume account
Wylume includes an account-deletion option inside the app.
Use the account controls in Wylume to begin the deletion process. Account deletion is designed to remove Wylume-owned account data, including your profile, Drafts, Wylume media, and personalization information, subject to limited retention that may be required for security, legal, or operational purposes.
