Terms of Use

Effective August 21, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Wylume, including the Wylume mobile application, website, artificial intelligence features, and related services. By creating an account or using Wylume, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Wylume

Wylume is a content creation platform designed to help people, businesses, creators, and organizations turn photos, stories, ideas, and other information into content they can review, edit, and share.

Wylume may provide features including photo understanding, image enhancement and generation, caption generation, content recommendations, personalization, Draft management, publishing History, and integrations with third-party social platforms.

Features may change as Wylume develops, particularly while the service is offered in beta or pre-release form.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wylume. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age to use an online service without parental consent, you must meet that requirement.

By using Wylume, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.

3. Your account

Some Wylume features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.

You agree to provide accurate information when required and not to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact Wylume through our Support page.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, text, stories, instructions, and other content you provide to Wylume, subject to any rights belonging to other people or organizations.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload, process, modify, publish, or otherwise use content through Wylume.

This includes obtaining any necessary permissions for photographs, trademarks, copyrighted works, personal information, or images of other people contained in your content.

Permission to operate the service

By providing content to Wylume, you grant Wylume a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request.

For example, this permission allows Wylume to process a photo with an AI provider, create an enhanced version, generate a caption, store a Draft, or send content to a social platform when you choose to publish it.

This license exists for the purpose of operating and providing Wylume. It does not transfer ownership of your original content to Wylume.

5. Artificial intelligence

Wylume uses artificial intelligence to provide certain features. AI-generated results may include captions, descriptions, suggestions, enhanced images, staged images, newly created images, and other content.

Artificial intelligence is probabilistic and can make mistakes. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it. Wylume is designed to give you an opportunity to review and edit generated content. You should confirm names, facts, claims, images, locations, prices, product information, and other important details before publishing.

You should not rely on Wylume-generated content as professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

6. AI-generated and transformed images

Some Wylume features may enhance an uploaded image, change its environment or presentation, or create a new visual based on information you provide.

Generated or transformed images may differ from the original subject. Wylume attempts to follow the instructions and source material provided, but it cannot guarantee exact visual accuracy.

You are responsible for reviewing generated images and determining whether they accurately and appropriately represent the product, person, place, artwork, experience, or other subject before using or publishing them.

7. Personalization and learning

Wylume may use your interactions with the service to personalize your experience. This can include information about content you accept, content you edit, creation choices you make, and preferences you explicitly provide.

Personalization features may change over time and may not always correctly predict your preferences.

You remain responsible for reviewing Wylume's suggestions and deciding what you want to create or publish.

8. Social accounts and publishing

Wylume may allow you to connect supported third-party social accounts or destinations.

When you choose to publish content through Wylume, you authorize Wylume to transmit the selected content to the destination you chose.

You are responsible for reviewing the final content, destination, and other available publishing options before confirming publication.

Publishing may fail or be delayed because of third-party service availability, authentication issues, platform restrictions, network problems, API limitations, or other conditions outside Wylume's control.

Content published to an external platform is also subject to that platform's terms, policies, and technical limitations.

9. Drafts, History, and external posts

Wylume may maintain Drafts, publishing records, and History to help you manage content created through the service.

A record appearing in Wylume does not replace the authoritative status maintained by an external social platform.

Deleting content or an account from Wylume does not necessarily remove content that has already been published to Instagram, Facebook, or another third-party service.

You may need to manage previously published content directly through the applicable third-party platform.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Wylume to:

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Wylume, its users, service providers, or others.

11. Usage limits

Wylume may apply limits to certain features, including AI generation, image creation, processing, storage, publishing, or other resource-intensive functionality.

Limits may vary by account, testing cohort, subscription, feature, or service environment and may change over time.

Reaching a usage limit may temporarily prevent you from using a particular feature.

12. Beta and pre-release software

Wylume may make beta, experimental, or pre-release versions of the service available for testing.

Beta software is provided for evaluation and may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, performance issues, unexpected behavior, or features that later change or are removed.

During beta testing, we may modify features, limits, workflows, or availability as we learn how people use the product.

You should not rely on beta functionality for critical or irreplaceable business operations.

13. Third-party services

Wylume relies on or integrates with third-party services. These may include infrastructure providers, artificial intelligence providers, authentication providers, and social platforms.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies provided by those companies.

Wylume is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, policies, content, or actions of third-party services.

14. Intellectual property

Wylume and its associated software, interfaces, branding, designs, graphics, logos, and other proprietary materials are owned by Wylume or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of Wylume's software, brand, or proprietary technology.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit Wylume's proprietary software except as permitted by law or with our written authorization.

15. Feedback

We welcome feedback, ideas, suggestions, and reports about Wylume.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you agree that we may use that feedback to evaluate, develop, improve, and operate Wylume without an obligation to compensate you.

This does not give Wylume ownership of the photos, stories, or other content you create using the service.

16. Availability of the service

We work to keep Wylume available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, software errors, network problems, third-party outages, usage limits, security concerns, or other circumstances.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as Wylume evolves.

17. Account suspension or termination

You may stop using Wylume at any time and may use available account-deletion features to request deletion of your Wylume account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, creates a security risk, abuses the service, or could cause harm to Wylume, another user, or a third party.

18. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wylume is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that Wylume will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate, original, complete, or appropriate.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wylume and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

This may include loss of data, lost business opportunities, lost profits, reputational harm, publishing errors, or reliance on AI-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

20. Changes to these Terms

Wylume will continue to evolve, and we may update these Terms to reflect changes to the product, our business, legal requirements, or third-party services.

When we update these Terms, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.

If a change is significant, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Wylume, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Additional jurisdiction and dispute-resolution terms may be added as Wylume expands beyond beta testing.
